Returns
A refund will be permitted within 10 days after delivery.
Goods should be new, unopened and in the original pack with tags on them.
Personalized or customized items are not exchangeable unless the product is not perfect or in a bad condition.
Refund is not possible on shipping fees (where these fees apply).
Exchanges
Exchanges will be possible to be made in the circumstances of size-adjustment, or alternate style (of equal or greater value).
There is also an exchange request that should be done within 10 days of reception of the item.
Goods should be new and unused.
Broken or Defective products
In case you get a defective, broken or incorrect product, please reach us within 48 hours after delivery.
We will either issue a replacement or provide a complete reimbursement together with shipping costs.
The Procedure on How to Return or Exchange:
Send an email with your order number and the reason for your returning/exchanging items to support info@chamdra.com
The instructions will be sent by our support team within 24-48 hours.
After we check your return and it has arrived, your exchange or return will be done in 7 working days after.
This is to note that Chamdra has the right to reject returns that are not in accordance with our return policies.
