1. Who Can Get a Refund

We don't give returns on purchases right now unless the item arrives broken or damaged. We only make leather goods to order or in small batches, and returns and refunds hurt the quality of our products.

If your item is damaged or has a flaw, nonetheless, we do offer:

Replacement of the product

Store credit for the whole amount, not including delivery

2. Requirements for a Refund or Exchange

Your item must meet the following requirements to get a refund (including in-store platters or replacement:

Be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

Include all of the original tags and packing.

Have no smells, stains, or changes

Be reported for return within seven days of delivery.

We can say no to requests that don't satisfy these standards.

3. Items that can't be returned or exchanged

You can't return, get a refund, or exchange the following items:

Products that are manufactured to order or customised

Items on sale or at a discount

Sets or boxes of gifts

Perfumes or underwear

Items asked to be returned or exchanged after 7 days

4. Reporting a Problem

Please email us at support@chamdra.com within 7 days after delivery to ask for a refund (store credit or replacement).

The number of your order

A short reason for returning

Photos clearly show the damage or issue.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (store credit or exchange). If approved:

Store credits will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges will be shipped after inspection and stock confirmation

7. Late or Missing Refunds (Store Credit)

If you haven’t received your store credit or response, please:

Double-check your Email (including spam folders)
